Looking for MMA or UFC Training gyms in the Kansas City area. Please let me know any recommendations.

There is a group in Kansas City who do training in Submission Wrestling, and MMA

Their website address is http://www.trinitysmma.com/ they have special MMA classes as well; checkout their schedule page.

They seem to operate in Kansas City, Independence, Blue Springs, Raytown, Lee's Summit, and Grandview
