Hi all,
I understand that in order to get really big i have to eat more, but i simply am not able to eat the 10 meals a day target, with a full time job its really hard. how do you guys cope with it and your job? do shakes and baars count towards a meal? thanks

First of all you dont need 10 meals a day unless you can eat every 45mins of the day!
In your case with your full time job i would try to get atleast 5-6 meals a day of which should be evenly spread and portioned as small meals. 3 of which should be your main meals e.g. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. I dont know your day to day schedule so it is up to you what time you have those 3 main meals. when i say main meals i dont mean load up eat as much as you can till you cant fuckin` walk. Evenly portion your meals throughout the day so your body is always getting its nutrients. each meal should be atleast 60% - 80% protein! Fat, Carb, and Calorie intake is dependant on your goal. Now between those meals i would recommend protein shakes. The type of protein (Isolate, Whey, Casein) or protein supplement you take is dependant on your goal e.g. For mass a weight gainer. I wouldnt count a protein bar as a meal. But if you wanted to take protien bars i would suggest to take it post workout or simply as a 'desert' after a meal. your meals should now look something like this: meal 1 breakfast meal 2 protein shake meal 3 lunch meal 4 protein shake meal 5 dinner meal 6 protein shake This is just a guide for you to follow. The times you take the meals is up to you depending on your schedule and when your workout time fits in. I would say just fit the meals in when you get 15mins or so spare. Pre prepare your meals when you know you wont have time to make them. The best thing to do is to schedule everything. That way your meals should simply fall into place. I could eat 7 or 8 times a day but not 10! lol 3 food meals and 3 protein shakes is great for reaching your goals, just adjust the amount of calories for bulk or for cut.
