I have personally used these BCAA Rapid Release tablets.
Amount Per Serving: L-Leucine 1500mg L-Isoleucine 975mg L-Valine 1350mg Vitamin C 100mg Vitamin B6 10mg L-Tytosine 150mg I take one serving in the morning just after waking up, then another serving post workout (as directed on the bottle) Research shows that 50% of amino acids taken up by muscles after intense exercise are BCAAs. By directly supplementing BCAAs within 1 hour of intense exercise, the amount of muscle breakdown from the workout is dramatically reduced. BCAAs also directly stimulate muscle protein synthesis and increase nitrogen balance thus increasing muscle growth. In addition to boosting muscle growth and recovery, BCAAs are also responsible for sparing muscle glycogen stores leaving muscles full, not flat. The ratio of the Branch Chain Amino Acids and timing are critical which is why BCAA Rapid Release are delivered in a rapid release tablet with the exact ratio needed for muscles to get optimum benefit. I have been using these IDS BCAA Rapid Release Tablets for 2 months now, i feel (1) Better recovery (2) An increase in muscle pump during my workouts (3) Feel much leaner (4) Increase in workout energy Pros: Exactly what i want from a BCAA product, and i personally have got the results stated above. Cons: One bottle containes 120 tablets, each serving is 4 tablets, and its stated you take 2 servings a day (8 tablets) therfore the bottle doesnt last you very long - 15 days actually. Conclusion: At a bottle lasting 15 days it does get pricey. Saying that, its one of the best BCAA supplements i have used - if price isnt an issue and you want a good BCAA product then this one should be on your shopping list.
