I am not able to train for a few weeks, i injured my L3, L4 and L5 / S1. L5/S1 is buldging and partruding and is pressing on my sciatic nerve. My fear is fat gain, is it possible for me to stay in decent shape while i am recovering? Once healed up enough to go back to the gym, sadly deadlifts and squats are out for a very long time.
